Tomah High School Holds Veterans Day Celebration

service members and student JROTC members pose onstage in a group

On November 11th, JROTC proudly hosted their first Veterans Day celebration to honor the brave men and women who have served our country.

Thank you to the members of the JROTC Timberwolves Battalion who planned and participated in this meaningful event:

• Cadet Major Marshall Reiman

• Captain Emma Langford

• 1st LT Clara Gouty

• SFC Brody Habelman

• 1st LT Lawson King

• 1st LT Alexis Berg

We were grateful to welcome our guest speaker, Retired COL John Gessner, who shared powerful words about the importance of making sound decisions and setting plans to reach future goals.

The ceremony concluded with a fantastic medley of Service songs performed by the THS Choir, filling the room with pride and gratitude.

We were also honored to have representatives from American Legion District 7 and the Camp Douglas VFW command team join us for this special occasion.

Thank you to all who attended and helped us recognize the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
