About Oakdale Elementary
Oakdale Elementary is one of TASD's four outlying elementary schools located in the rural township of Oakdale, about ten minutes south of Tomah. Oakdale Elementary provides quality educational and support services to students in grades 3K (Early Childhood), 4K (TimberPups), and 1st grade. At Oakdale, we ensure learning for all. We provide guidance and resource programs, challenge opportunities and progress monitoring of all students to help us meet that mission.

Adoption of Academic Standards for the 2021-22 School Year
The Tomah Area School District has adopted the Common Core State Standards for English/language arts (ELA) and Common Core Math Standards. In the area of science, the Next Generation Science Standards have been adopted. In the area of social studies, the Wisconsin Standards for Social Studies have been adpoted and for all other content areas, the Wisconsin Model Academic Standards have been adopted as the academic standards.
These academic standards were adopted by the Board of Education on July 19, 2021, and recorded in the Board minutes.
