9. Contemplated closed session under Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(c) and (f) to consider, deliberate, negotiate the employment contract for the new District Administrator and to discuss the candidates for the District Administrator position. Competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session for these actions.

This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated on the agenda. Upon request to the District Administrator, submitted twenty-four (24) hours in advance, the District shall make reasonable accommodation including the provision of informational material in an alternate format for a disabled person to be able to attend this meeting.
