Meal Accounts

Maintaining your student(s) meal account is an important facet of their education. We strive to work with the parents to communicate negative balances, or any other updates pertinent to your meal account.

Maintaining Meal Accounts Online:

We are in a transition to Infinite Campus (a Student Information System) where meal accounts will be managed. Please see the release from TASD Executive Staff on 7/25/22:

"Earlier this spring the Tomah Area School District made the decision to migrate to a new software system used to maintain student records. This new system is called Infinite Campus (our current system is named Infinity so this may cause some confusion). We've been working on this migration for most of the summer and will be going through the final steps in the coming weeks. Starting this week Thursday, you will no longer have access to the Infinity Parent Access portal as we perform a final conversion of the information. This means that you will not be able to deposit funds into your children's food service account using the online method, so please be prepared, by either depositing funds prior to Thursday or being ready to send funds to the school via check. We will continue to email you additional details related to the migration, and we thank you for your patience as we work through the hurdles that come with a monumental task such as this migration."
