Consideration and Possible Approval on Vacant Land Offer to Purchase stating terms for purchase of land identified as Monroe County tax parcel nos. 042-00175-0000, 286-02648-5000, 042-00154-0000, 042-00172-0001, and portions of tax parcel nos. 286-00384-000, 042-00172-0000, and 042-00171-2000 and Authorize District Administrator to Take Any and All Further Action as May be Necessary to Effectuate the Transaction.

7. New Business- Consideration and/or Action on the Following:

A. Annual Review of American Indian/Alaskan Native Policies and Procedures Required by Impact Aid- Policy

2110.01 Relations with American Indian/Alaskan Native Community; 2260.03 American Indian/Alaskan Native Policies and Procedures; and 9210.01 American Indian/Alaskan Native Parent Committee.

B. Consideration and Possible Approval to Continue to Invest Fund 46 in Interest Bearing Account
