Wisconsin School Board Week October 3rd - 9th!

The Wisconsin Association of School Boards has designated Oct. 3-9 as Wisconsin School Board Week as a time to build awareness and understanding of the vital function an elected board of education plays in our communities. Tomah Area School District is joining all public school districts across the state to celebrate Wisconsin School Board Week to honor local board members for their commitment to Tomah and its children.

We’re grateful for the dedicated leadership and service members of the Tomah Board of Education provide to students, families, employees, and residents of the Tomah Area School District. Our board of education members spend countless hours studying education issues and making decisions focused on the best interest of our community of learners ensuring “High Quality Learning! Every child! Every day!” Their dedication to leadership excellence moves Tomah’s proud tradition of academic and co-curricular success forward.

School board members give Tomah Area School District patrons a voice in education decision making. Even though we make a special effort to show our appreciation in October, their contribution is a year-round commitment. Our sincere thanks to our board members - Aaron Lueck, Pam Buchda, Gary Grovesteen, Susan Bloom, Michael Gnewikow, Spencer Stephens, and Rick Murray - for your leadership and service to the Tomah Area School District!  Thank you!
