The purchasing agent for the Tomah Area School District reserves the right to make an award which, in his judgment and recommendation from the department, following the bid evaluations, best meets the specifications and is deemed in the best interest of the Tomah Area School District.
The District reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time with no cost to the District and with 7 days advance written notice.
