You have the option to print off the Parent Student Handbook and Technology Handbook if you wish. They are found in a PDF format below.

Please fill out the required forms through Microsoft Forms directly below. (Currently available: *Field Trip/Walk Drive Form, *Student/Parent Handbook Verification Form, *Chromebook Technology Agreement and Parking Permit Student Contract.)

*Field Trip/Walk Drive Form

This will submit the field trip/walk drive form electronically. This form must be filled out each year for each student.

*Student/Parent Handbook Verification Form

This will submit the Student/Parent Handbook Verification Form electronically. This form must be filled out each year for each student.

*Chromebook Technology Agreement

This will submit the Chromebook Technology Agreement electronically. This form must be filled out each year for each student.

Parking Permit Student Contract

This will submit a request for the parking permit contract electronically. Requests are ranked by time of submission. There are a limited number of permits available.
